- How do I know you’re not SCAM company?

- How much the shipping cost for each item?
- You pay nothing for the shipping cost, totally FREE shipping from manufacturer to your door!

- Do you provide tracking number to the shipped item?
- Yes, after the item sent we will provide you the tracking number for the particular item. You may check the progress of the shipment by using an online tracking system that will be provided later.
- What if I did not receive my order(item) after 2 weeks?
- Usually our main products such as laptop, tablet pc, netbook, smartphones you will receive the item in 2-5 days days only.

- Sometimes shipping may take up to 2-3 weeks for international order.
- Do you provide warranty for the purchased item?
- We only act as an import agent here in Malaysia, so we can give u 3 days limited warranty (for factory damage only) & 6 months factory warranty. Kindly please agree to our terms before buying. (read T&C)
- We will not cover the warranty for a damaged item occur during the shipment process by the shipping company. (read T&C)
- NO refund available after payment made, unless the item is out of stock.
- How do i claim a warranty?
- Within 3 days of purchased, please inform us any factory damage you found on the gadget. So we can help to claim the replacement unit from manufacturer ASAP.
- After 3 days (within 6 months), please contact us & we will arrange the process for you to claim the warranty from manufacturer. (Buyer need to bear the shipping cost to return the gadget back to manufacturer if any)
- All items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
