Shipping
- All of our items here comes with FREE SHIPPING service from Hong Kong factory.
- Most of the orders will be processed within 48 hours (working days) after payment confirmed.
- We will inform you if we need more time to prepare.
- Laptop/ PC / Tablet PC / Phone (1st priority items) will be shipped using secured fast shipping like FedEx /DHL /TNT /UPS (3-7 days delivery only-working days)
- USB gadgets & other small gadgets will be shipped by normal Post Air Mail usually take 7 to 15 days
- We also offer drop shipping service. (It’s free)
- Please note that we are not able to make changes, or cancel your order once it`s been processed and shipped.
- We are NOT responsible for delays due to carrier mishandling, customs delay, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty
- All items purchased from us will be given 3 days limited warranty from us & 6 months factory warranty*
- All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
- In case the item is defective, please inform us strictly within 3 days of purchased.*
- We will help you to contact manufacturer to claim any warranty for defective unit.*
- We did not offer 1 to 1 exchange, but *FREE 6 months repair from manufacturer.
- Our warranty does not cover damage/malfunction to the LCD screen (if any), after purchased.
- Return shipping to the manufacturer’s origin is to be paid by the Buyer.
- *Manufacture damage only, not cover LCD damage | All warranties do not cover damage due to misuse or compatibility.
Return and refund policy

- But If you still get defective of our products, please contact/call us within 3 days after you receive them
- Please contact us before you send the item back.
- Please ensure the item will be returned in good condition with perfect original packing*
